(1/5) When I talked to the woman answering the company phone, I told her I needed a suction fan fixed in the bathroom and a couple of leaks taken care of as soon possible. She told me that somebody would call me in a couple of days and stop by to examine what needs to be fixed. 2 weeks passed, and again I called and asked her why it was taking so long and she apologized that I was forgotten which I accepted as a mistakes can happen situation and she promised me an electrician in two days to fix the fan in the bathroom and a plumber that didn't have time untill the following week which was fine. Electrician showed up after 2 days as promised, but didn't follow the time agreed upon or the agreement about calling me in advance. The Plummer never showed up or contacted me and 2 MONTHS have passed without any word. This company is disorganized and horrible at passing information down to it's employees or holding their employees accountable. This company also shows favoritism to danish Tennant's and they are only interested in their rent money and like most Danes, they show no interest in doing the job that is required of them.
